Remembering Joy White

The Joy of SMARTS was renamed in honor of past SMARTS Circle member and longtime friend, Joy White, who initially started this event in 2014 because of her vision for SMARTS' future and belief in SMARTS' Mission of providing quality arts education.

JOIN US as we celebrate with art, music, & merriment to support SMARTS in honor of the legacy of our friend & past SMARTS Circle member, Joy White. Bid on your favorite original works from local and regional artists, enjoy live music, watch live art demonstrations, & purchase art and swag from the SMARTS Store. This is an adult event, so be ready to enjoy light appetizers and a cash bar featuring a bourbon taste, wine, and beer!

WHEN: Friday, June 27 from 5:30-9:30 pm

VIP Preview Party - 5:30-6:30 pm
Meet the artists! The VIP hour includes delicious hors d'oeuvres, live music and arts demonstrations, access to early bidding opportunities, a cash bar, and the opportunity to mingle with the artists whose work you will bid on throughout the evening!
Main Event - 6:30-9:30 pm

We are seeking emerging and established artists in our region, asking that you consider donating one (or more!) pieces of your unique, original artwork OR pieces from your collection of other artists' work that you may not have use for any longer. Our goal is 120 unique pieces. Read the call to artist letter below for more information!
